Fault reports can be automatically directed to our control room where the data are promptly analysed, allowing us to act swiftly and initiate the appropriate action. For example, by triggering a remote reset, we can restart the installation quickly and without further complication. Downtimes are reduced to an absolute minimum. In the event that a remote reset is insufficient to restore operation, we will immediately alert one of our regional Service Teams who will then pick up the fault report and eliminate the fault direct on site. Our teams include specialists with experience of various aspects – from inverter experts through to transmission specialists, all of whom are backed by our experience technical support staff.
You can also trust us to handle scheduled repairs. The replacement of faulty or defective components calls for excellent technical knowledge, expertise and plant-specific experience, all of which we are able to offer. And by planning works thoroughly in advance, we can keep production losses as low as possible.
